The story of iClean began in 2008 with a simple but powerful desire—to work honestly and earn a living. My mother became the founder, starting a cleaning business, working for several families once or twice a week. At the time, it was a small but stable source of income.
I was 17 at the time. Over time, the number of clients grew, and the work became more intense. After my military service, when I returned home, I saw how difficult this work had become for her. So I suggested expanding the business and hiring employees. We posted an ad and began forming a small team.
Experience has shown that this was the right decision—the workload decreased, and efficiency and income increased. Of course, we weren't always able to find the right people, but step by step, we built a reliable team.
Over time, we realized the market was changing and that technology could significantly ease our workload. We began researching modern equipment and professional cleaning products. Gradually, we invested in technology and expertise to improve the quality of our services.
Yana Margaryan
Founder of iCLEAN
Born in Yerevan, she is a mother of three. Her life hasn't been easy, but despite the difficulties, she persevered and continued to move forward with faith and perseverance.
Having started out in the cleaning industry, Yana has managed to turn this into a stable and growing business. Thanks to her hard work, responsibility, and attention to detail, she has earned the trust of her clients and the respect of others.
Today, she is an example of a strong woman who was able to build a business from scratch, unite people around her, and prove that honest work and perseverance lead to results.

Today, iClean is a team of over 70 employees, organized into 15+ professional teams, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. We work with Karcher equipment and use high-quality European cleaning products. At the same time, we remain flexible—if a client prefers more affordable solutions, we are ready to adapt to their needs.
We believe that high-quality cleaning should be accessible to everyone. We don't discriminate based on budget—everyone deserves cleanliness, comfort, and respect.
Over the years, our staff has undergone numerous training and professional development. We've worked with a wide range of clients, including the most demanding ones. Yes, there have been mistakes, but they've made us stronger. Today, over 95% of our clients are satisfied with the results.

We recently welcomed a new partner with years of industry experience, enabling the company to grow even faster. Yune Avagyan, a hard-working and driven professional, has also joined the team as a co-founder and manages the company's operations.
We continue to grow, attract investment, and expand our horizons. Our immediate plans include opening our own office and developing new areas of the cleaning industry.

Syune Avagyan
Founder of Mama Cleaning and co-founder of iCLEAN.
Born in Artsakh, she is the mother of four children. Her life has been challenging, but these challenges have made her stronger, more resilient, and more determined.
She built her career from scratch, founding her own beauty salon and cleaning company. Thanks to her hard work, persistence, and attention to detail, she managed to create a stable and growing business.
Today, Syune is a co-founder of iClean, where she manages processes and oversees service quality. She is distinguished by her high sense of responsibility, discipline, and commitment to excellence in every detail.
She is an example of a woman who did not give up in the face of difficulties and was able to achieve success, creating value for people and developing her business.
