How our collaboration begins

Submit Your Request
Contact us in any way that's convenient for you. We'll discuss your apartment size, the number of residents, your preferred cleaning schedule, and answer all your questions.

Property Assessment
Our manager and cleaning specialist will visit your home to assess its features, discuss your expectations, identify priority areas, and create a customized cleaning plan.

Contract Preparation
Once all details are agreed upon, we prepare a personalized service contract. The minimum contract term is 6 months, although we recommend a 12-month agreement for maximum convenience and long-term value.

Payment
After signing the contract, a 50% payment for the first month is required.
After that, payments are made monthly:
The remaining 50% of the current month's fee is paid at the end of each month.
At the same time, a 50% advance payment for the following month is made.
This payment structure ensures uninterrupted service and a fixed monthly price.

Service Begins
On the scheduled day, your iClean specialist arrives in company uniform with all the necessary professional cleaning products. Every cleaning service is performed according to our company's quality standards.

Security & Trust
For maximum transparency, we recommend having a home security camera system or the homeowner (or an authorized representative) present during the cleaning service. This provides additional comfort, security, and peace of mind for both parties.
