CLEANING SERVICES AGREEMENT

1. Parties
This Agreement is made between:
iClean Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”)
and
____________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”)

2. Subject of the Agreement
The Service Provider agrees to provide cleaning services at the Client’s premises:

Services may include:

• Apartment / house / office cleaning

• Deep (general) cleaning

• Post-renovation cleaning

• Window cleaning

• Other services as agreed
   

3. Service Frequency
Cleaning services will be performed:

4. Payment Terms

⚠️ Work will not begin without advance payment.

5. Responsibilities of the Service Provider
The Service Provider agrees to:

• Perform services on time and with high quality

• Use professional equipment and cleaning products

• Handle the Client’s property with care

• Follow safety regulations

• Maintain confidentiality
   

6. Responsibilities of the Client
The Client agrees to:

• Provide access to the premises

• Ensure availability of water and electricity

• Inform about fragile or valuable items

• Not interfere with the work process

• Make payments on time
   

7. Property Safety

• The Service Provider is responsible for damage caused by its fault

• In case of damage:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • or compensation

• The Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • pre-existing damage

  • hidden defects

  • fragile items not declared in advance
     

8. Special Conditions

• Valuable and antique items must be identified before work begins

• Heavy items will not be moved without prior agreement

• Delicate cleaning is performed by specially trained staff
   

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• The Client must notify at least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellation may result in a penalty
   

10. Liability

• Both parties are responsible for fulfilling their obligations

• The Service Provider is not liable in cases of force majeure

11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved:

• through negotiation

• or in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia
   

12. Term of Agreement
This Agreement is valid from the date of signing until: __________
