3. Placing an Order
An order can be placed:

By any other agreed-upon method
After receiving an application, a manager will contact the client to clarify details: address, area size, type of cleaning, date, time, and cost. The company reserves the right to refuse an order if it is impossible to provide the service safely.
4. Cost and Payment
The cost of services depends on:

The degree of pollution/dirt

The urgency of the order

The complexity of the work

Additional requests from the client
Prices indicated on the website are approximate and subject to change. Payment can be made by:

Full payment is made after the service is performed, unless otherwise agreed in advance. For large orders, the company reserves the right to request a prepayment.
5. Client Obligations
The client undertakes to:

Ensure staff access to the object at the agreed time

Warn about fragile, valuable, or antique items

Inform about the presence of animals, children, or access restrictions

Ensure the availability of water and electricity, if required
If information was withheld and this affected the performance of the service, the company is not responsible for delays or additional costs.
6. Safety of Property
iClean respects the client's property and takes precautionary measures. In the event of confirmed damage caused by the fault of the company's employees:

Replaced

Or compensated by mutual agreement of the parties
A claim must be filed within a reasonable time after the completion of work, providing supporting information. The company is not responsible for:

Hidden defects of items

Natural wear and tear of property

Unstable coatings/finishes

Damage resulting from previous incorrect operation/use of items

Items whose fragility the client did not warn about in advance
7. Valuable and Antique Items
If the object contains:

Antiques

Works of art

Collectible items

Expensive equipment

Other especially valuable things
The client is obliged to report this in advance. The company has the right to:

Exclude such items from the cleaning area

Propose a special service procedure
-
Use separate personnel and special cleaning agents

Refuse work involving high-risk objects
8. Service Time
The company strives to observe the agreed arrival and completion times. However, delays are possible due to:

Traffic situations
-
Weather conditions
-
Force majeure
-
Previous orders with an increased volume of work

Technical malfunctions
In such cases, the client will be notified at the earliest opportunity.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
The client can reschedule or cancel an order in advance. Recommended notice period: at least 24 hours before the start of work. In case of urgent cancellation, the company has the right to withhold:

Travel expenses

The cost of time reservation

Other confirmed expenses
10. Service Quality and Complaints
If the client is dissatisfied with the result, it is necessary to report this as soon as possible after the completion of the cleaning. The company may offer:

Re-cleaning of specific areas

Partial compensation

A bonus for the next order

Another reasonable solution
The decision is made after a review of the situation.
11. Website Usage
The user agrees not to use the website for:

Hacking attempts

Disrupting the operation of the website
The company has the right to restrict access to violators.
12. Intellectual Property
